NFL SUNDAY TICKET FAQ

1. Which games will I see with NFL SUNDAY TICKET from DIRECTV?

Because of NFL and network requirements outside of DIRECTV's control, games broadcast by your local Fox or CBS station will not be available on channels in the 700s. You must tune to your local Fox or CBS station to watch those games. DIRECTV is required to enforce this rule across the country, including in areas where we do not offer local channels.

2. How can I switch between games on my local affiliates and on NFL SUNDAY TICKET channels?

The best way is to set up a Favorite Channels list. Your DIRECTV System makes it easy to program. Just press the menu button on your remote, and depending on your receiver, look for a prompt that offers either "Favorite Channels," "Customize Channels" or a similar option. Your system manual will tell you what to expect. You can create multiple lists, such as one for movie channels and another for sports channels. It's easy to use and even easier to enjoy.

3. What interactive features available NFL SUNDAY TICKET? Are the NFL SUNDAY TICKET Enhanced Games with the "L-Wrap" available this season?

Enhanced Games are available with your NFL SUNDAY TICKET subscription and a DIRECTV Interactive Receiver. The "L-Wrap" has been redesigned and streamlined and is now called NFL Scores. The new design uses multi-game and single-game viewing options to give fans the ability to monitor one or several games with minimal infringement on the screen.

NFL Scores is available on all SD and HD channels. You can select "Scores" from the menu or press the yellow button on your remote to display the feature. You can press SELECT on any game to be tuned directly to it.

From the Menu, you can also access other great features, like detailed game stats, scoring plays, individual and team stats for every game, without missing a second of the game you are watching.

4. How do I know if I have a DIRECTV interactive receiver?

There are three different and easy ways to identify if you have a DIRECTV interactive receiver:

* Look on the front panel of the receiver under the DIRECTV logo. It may display "DIRECTV Receiver D10, D11, D12, R15, H-20 or HR-20."
* Look on the back panel of the receiver on the far right side. The sticker will display "Model: D10, D11, D12, R15, H-20 or HR-20."
* Using your remote, select Menu, Settings, Info & Test, and the model number D10, D11, R15, H-20 or HR-20 will be displayed on screen.

5. What if a local station decides at the last minute to show a different game?

DIRECTV will remove the restrictions when permitted by the NFL so that the originally scheduled game is available in the 704-717 channel range as soon as possible.

6. What if a local station switches coverage because of a one-sided or extra-long game?

If a local station switches coverage for one of those reasons, DIRECTV will remove the restrictions (when permitted by the NFL) so that the game will be available in the 704-717 channel range. If a local station stays with coverage of an extra-long game instead of switching to the start of the next game, DIRECTV will remove the restrictions on the start of the next game, when permitted by the NFL, so that the game will be available in the 704-717 channel range until the local station resumes coverage as scheduled.

7. Can I show NFL games in my bar or restaurant?

8. What are the NFL SUNDAY TICKET blackout rules for my local team's home games?

A regular-season, Sunday afternoon home team game will be blacked out in a home team's territory if the game fails to sell out at least 72 hours before the game. This is to make sure that the team benefits from a stadium full of enthusiastic fans, to assure the entertainment value of a full stadium, and to protect home game attendance and local television coverage. If it is blacked out on your local broadcast station, it will also be blacked out in your area on NFL SUNDAY TICKET. Each stadium's local blackout area is defined by the broadcast signal of the local affiliate carrying the game, not by the mileage surrounding the stadium. Learn more about blackouts.

9. How does NFL SUNDAY TICKET Automatic Renewal work?

Relax and experience the ease and convenience of Automatic Renewal.

Here's how it works:

• When you sign up for any DIRECTV sports subscription, you are automatically eligible for Auto Renewal.
• Being eligible for Auto Renewal means that you will already be signed up for the following year at the lowest full-season rate available. It is so easy! Without making a call or filling out a form, you will receive the following season of your favorite sports subscription at a special low price.
• Your subscription will automatically renew for the following season, provided DIRECTV carries the sport. Your bill will show "Renewal - No Payment Due Yet" a few months prior to the start of the season. Your first installment will be due close to the start of the season.

All you have to do is keep your DIRECTV account in good standing and make sure all DIRECTV® Receivers are continuously connected to the same land-based phone line. A past due account or a receiver without a phone line may disqualify you from Automatic Renewal. Also, if you cancel your subscription before the season starts, you'll be ineligible for the special low price.

Sports subscriptions cannot be cancelled, transferred, refunded or credited (in part or in whole) after the season starts.

Commercial locations require an appropriate license agreement.

1. Can I purchase just NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan without purchasing NFL SUNDAY TICKET?

No, a subscription to NFL SUNDAY TICKET is required to purchase NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan.

2. Can I set up my DIRECTV DVR to record my favorite team on NFL SUNDAY TICKET Short Cuts?

Yes, NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan subscribers will be able to record their favorite team with a DIRECTV DVR.

3. How is NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan different from NFL SUNDAY TICKET?

NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan is an optional add-on to your NFL SUNDAY TICKET subscription. With NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan you'll get more with 180 games in HD*, Red Zone Channel (now available in HD), Game Mix**, Short Cuts, Supercast*** and NFL Sunday Ticket Mobile†.

• Red Zone Channel: See the most exciting plays as they happen, on the Red Zone Channel, now in HD.
• Game Mix: Watch up to eight live games on one screen.
• Short Cuts: Every play, commercial free, in 30 minutes or less.

4. What DIRECTV hardware is required for NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan?

NFL SUNDAY TICKET Red Zone Channel, NFL SUNDAY TICKET Game Mix, and NFL SUNDAY TICKET Short Cuts can be viewed with any DIRECTV Receiver. However, only customers with DIRECTV interactive receivers can utilize the full interactive Game Mix functionality of scrolling between games and hearing audio from each game. To view games in HD, a triple LNB satellite dish, a DIRECTV HD Receiver, and HD television equipment are all required.

5. Will NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan be automatically renewed in 2007?

Yes. It will be automatically renewed at the same time as your NFL SUNDAY TICKET subscription, provided your account is in good standing. Customers will see the 2007 NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan charge on their August bill.

6. If I don't have a DIRECTV interactive receiver, am I still able to hear audio from any of the NFL games on Game Mix?

Yes, you will automatically hear audio from the game that is shown in the upper left-hand corner each week. To hear audio from other NFL games, use the Alternate Audio function on your receiver. The first Alternate Audio selection (English 1) is for the upper left-hand corner game. The next Alternate Audio selection (English 2) provides audio for the next displayed game and so on.

7. Can I see games on NFL SUNDAY TICKET Short Cuts that were blacked out on the prior Sunday?

Yes, all NFL SUNDAY TICKET games that were blacked out because they didn't sell out on a Sunday will be available on NFL SUNDAY TICKET Short Cuts, including games that were broadcast on your local FOX and CBS stations.

8. How can I navigate through the games on NFL SUNDAY TICKET Game Mix?

Customers with DIRECTV interactive receivers can navigate through all eight games on Game Mix and can tune directly to any of the NFL SUNDAY TICKET games shown. Additionally, customers will hear audio from each game while navigating. However, it is only possible to tune directly to games in the NFL SUNDAY TICKET channel range 704-727; the receiver cannot tune directly to games shown on local channels. If you have an HD Receiver and the game you select is available in HD, you will be tuned to that channel directly.
